Origins & vision
From a single site to a company of agents.
AshaCore wasn't born on a drawing board, but step by step — each step a proof that the next one is possible.
The chapters
- Chapter 01
The first proof
A first real website, built hand in hand with an AI agent and orchestrated via Agno. The proof: an agent can build a complete, shipped site — not just a snippet.
- From a snippet to a whole, shipped site
- First discipline: check before shipping
- Chapter 02
The first site for someone
A website for a friend (leovino.de): its own brand theme, real content, its own domain — the first site to live on the shared platform.
- Its own theme via design tokens, no special code
- A real domain, real operation — not a prototype
- Chapter 03
From site to platform
Single sites become a generic runtime: one app, any number of tenants. Product = configuration, not code — new sites without a new project.
- Hierarchy: account → organisation → site
- A new site = template plus data, not a new repo
- Chapter 04
From one agent to a company
One agent becomes two teams (Claude + Codex) with specialised roles, quality gates and versioned hand-offs. Software starts to organise itself.
- Separate roles: plan, build, review, integrate
- Hand-offs as versioned files, not as chat
- Chapter 05
A supervisor and a daily cadence
The supervisor watches hand-offs and derives the next role; a scheduler prepares the standup every morning. The company gets a rhythm.
- A daily cadence instead of sporadic sprints
- Guardrails first — anything risky stays human
Where this leads
The goal is tangible: sovereign, self-editable websites for providers, kindergartens and schools — privacy-compliant by default, operated in the EU. And a build process that gains more autonomy the more guardrails it has. More machine, more safety — not a contradiction, but the design goal.
- Self-editable sites for providers, kindergartens and schools
- Privacy by default, operated in the EU
- More autonomy, carried by more guardrails
Initiated by
AshaCore was initiated by Ashkan Nezami and is his responsibility. The focus here is on the platform and the agent team — the person deliberately in the background. Legal details in the imprint.
